New Client Information

Welcome to Little Futures

We’re so glad you’re here! Little Futures is a specialty private practice offering evidence-based psychological assessment and therapy services for children and families. We appreciate your trust in our team as we work together to support your child.

Free Consultation

We offer a free 10-minute video consultation for all new clients before scheduling an initial intake. This brief call allows us to learn more about your concerns, determine if our services are the right fit, and answer any initial questions you may have.

Insurance and Payment

Little Futures does not participate directly with insurance and is considered out-of-network (OON). This means payment is due at the time of service. However, many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits for mental health services. If you choose to pursue reimbursement, we can provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with required billing codes) upon request.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

If you’re planning to seek reimbursement, here are a few helpful steps:

  • Contact your insurance provider and ask about Outpatient Mental Health benefits with an out-of-network licensed psychologist.
  • Inquire about coverage for CPT codes commonly used in our services (e.g., 90791 for intake, 90837 for individual therapy, 90846/90847 for family therapy).
  • Ask if you have an out-of-network deductible, and whether it’s been met.
  • Find out if pre-authorization or a referral is required.

Therapy Fees

The cost of services at Little Futures reflects each provider’s training, licensure, experience, and specialized expertise. Fees are thoughtfully set to align with rates for high-quality, specialty care. Most therapy sessions are scheduled for 53–60 minutes. Payment is due at the time of each visit. While we are an out-of-network provider, we can offer a superbill upon request for clients pursuing insurance reimbursement.

Common therapy billing codes used at our practice include:

  • 90791 (initial intake)
  • 90837, 90834, 90832 (individual therapy)
  • 90846, 90847 (parent/caregiver or family-based sessions)
