About Us

Little Futures, founded by Dr. Mallory Hughes, a licensed psychologist, is a specialized mental health practice in Roswell, Georgia. Our impact extends beyond the local community. Little Futures reaches families throughout Georgia and across 35 states (PSYPACT) through video-based telehealth services. Our mission at Little Futures is to facilitate positive change within families by providing dedicated support to parents and young children faced with emotional and behavioral challenges.

At Little Futures, we hold patient privacy and confidentiality in the highest regard. We understand that seeking therapy for your child is a sensitive decision, and we are committed to creating a safe space where children and families can share openly without fear. Our practice adheres to stringent ethical standards, ensuring that all information shared remains confidential when possible. You can trust that your privacy is our priority, and your journey with Little Futures is handled with the utmost discretion and respect.

With an extensive background and specialized training, Dr. Hughes is dedicated to utilizing evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, parent-child interaction therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy. From assessment and diagnosis to treatment, our services are collaborative and grounded in scientific theory. Whether your child is experiencing emotional outbursts, inattention, impulsivity, defiance, anxiety, sleep difficulties, or any other emotional and behavioral challenges, Little Futures is here to guide your family towards a tailored treatment plan.

What sets Little Futures apart?

What sets us apart from many other child therapy practices is our holistic approach to therapy that extends beyond the identified patient. We focus on treating the entire family unit. Our evidence-based approach often involves offering real-time, live coaching to parents as they navigate their child’s challenges. This enables us to witness firsthand the behaviors that families experience at home and provide immediate, tailored feedback. By incorporating family members into the therapeutic process, we not only address the immediate concerns but also foster long-lasting improvements. This inclusive approach accelerates the treatment timeline, leading to faster progress and ensuring that positive changes endure over time. Most families complete treatment within three to four short months.

Welcome to Little Futures, where positive change begins, and the right path forward for your family unfolds!
