Out-of-Network Benefits

While we are considered out-of-network, many insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits. Little Futures can assist you by providing a Superbill, enabling you to submit claims for reimbursement directly to your insurance company. Please note, reimbursement can vary by insurance company and plan. The amount and the time it takes for you to get reimbursed varies based on your insurance company and plan. Please remember that it is your responsibility to check with your insurance company about out-of-network benefits.
